Responsibilities
Responsible for planning, organizing, and managing the execution of various projects, including geopolitical analysis, policy consulting, and client relationship management.
Collaborate with team members to develop project plans and milestones, ensuring smooth progress of the projects and timely resolution of any issues and obstacles.
Monitor project progress, provide regular reports on project status and accomplishments, and deliver clear communication and progress updates to stakeholders.
Conduct geopolitical analysis and policy consulting, offering professional advice and solutions to help clients address complex geopolitical challenges and develop effective policies.
Manage project risks, identify potential problems and challenges, and develop appropriate mitigation measures to maximize project success.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field such as International Relations, Political Science, Public Administration, etc.
Experience and skills in project management, familiarity with project management methodologies and tools, and the ability to effectively plan, execute, and monitor projects.
Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to collaborate and communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
Consultant, analyst or government work experience is a plus.
Knowledge and skills in geopolitical analysis and policy consulting, able to understand complex geopolitical environments and provide professional advice.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, able to quickly identify issues and develop appropriate solutions.

Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth research on policy issues, political landscape, and relevant stakeholders to inform policy analysis and development.
Collect and analyze data, reports, and other relevant information from various sources to support policy analysis.
Assist in the development of policy briefs, reports, and other written materials to communicate policy recommendations effectively.
Monitor policy developments, legislative activities, and emerging issues related to the organization’s focus areas and provide support in issue management.
Prepare presentations, memos, and other written materials to communicate policy analysis and recommendations to internal stakeholders and external audiences.
Participate in internal meetings to discuss policy analysis findings and provide input on policy strategies.
Engage with external stakeholders, including government officials, industry experts, and advocacy groups, to gather insights and build relationships.
Qualifications
Government (public sector) and/or government affairs (private sector) work experience is a puls.
Graduate degree in international relations, business, economic policy, and/or sustainability policy.
Consultant or analyst work experience is a plus.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to distill complex and lengthy material into simple, succinct summaries.
Collaborative and proactive way of working, good people skills, and can-do attitude.
Experience working with colleagues from a wide variety of cultures.
Time management, priority setting, results-orientation, and attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and change focus with shifting priorities.
